Displays channel 0 until antenna is pluged in then updating.
You will need to call sirius and ask for a replacement unit. They will mail you a replacement for free and you just need to send back the one you have with in a Antenna jack is busted, or you have no signal (also due to a bad antenna jack).
If it doesn't work as well as the last one, Tech Spt will be getting another call.

I found that if you call 1-888-635-5142 and tell them this happened during a Sirius update and tell them is was not damaged by personal use. They may try and sell you a Sporster 5 but I Shows "updating". What is wrong with the unit is there is a short in the unit.
To reset or power cycle your Spectrum receiver, unplug it for 15 seconds and then plug it back in.
Wait up to 20 minutes for the receiver to fully recover before turning it back on.
